Cancellation Policy

All purchases of classes, courses, and digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including failure to attend or access the purchased product or service. By purchasing, you further agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with proof of this policy and your agreement at checkout, and you may be responsible for any fees, costs, or collections associated with the dispute, to the extent permitted under applicable Wisconsin law.
